Bug description Plugin doesn't display CSS and JS.

Steps for reproducing Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://wordpress.smaily.dev/wp-admin
  2. Click on Smaily plugin
  3. Broken Smaily WordPress plugin settings are displayed.
