Add ability to disable default plugins #96

I couldn't find a way to disable the auth-token-cookie plugin. This PR provides the ability in the same manner like in the seneca main module.

This passes outside of 0.10 and 0.12 which are being dropped so I'm going to merge. Good work @indr
