Ah shoot, I forgot I had opened this PR against master.

This should probably be closed -- this branch has a bunch of renames from seneca-redis-pubsub-transport to seneca-redis-transport-fork which you probably don't want on the main one

@rjrodger let me know if you're going to merge this and I'll rip that stuff out -- or you can rip it out afterwards, not sure what the best approach is.
