Official hand over to TSWaters #133

I wanted to make a note here that I no longer have the time to maintain any of the seneca-web-x modules, this includes this repo as well as the adaptors and other related modules.

I'd like to officially hand over the reigns to @tswaters who has been doing a stellar job of maintaining these modules in my absence.

It has been a pleasure working with Seneca generally as well as the related modules but since most of my free time is now spent learning Physics and Electronics (I intend to put a satellite into space or at least make a killer robot of some description) it is unfair to pretend I have any time to watch over these repos.

Truth be told, in the last year Tyler has been the one ensuring these modules are kept up to date and in order, and as such should be given the official recognition deserved.

@rjrodger If you haven't already, I suggest you reach out to @tswaters as he knows these modules inside out.
