However, on the master branch (tag p4.0.0-t.1.p.1, commit 2027a2a1ac1d5e6383ad24aaf05e62c44b3ec200):

• the prior stack test FAILS
• the decorator this-ref test PASSES

On the v3.30.0 branch, however, it's the other way around:

• the prior stack test PASSES
• the decorator this-ref test FAILS
