This draft presents two tests, that have to pass.

However, on the 3.x branch (v3.30.1):

the prior stack test FAILS
the decorator this-ref test PASSES

Interestingly - on the v3.30.0 branch, it's the other way around:

the prior stack test PASSES
the decorator this-ref test FAILS

Coverage: 91.085%. Remained the same when pulling ca9a02b9ff0c71794a2116cd4f463c735f9cea57 on lilsweetcaligula:regression-v3.x into 8ae52d191f43ee97f8cad19796d40daf087d82f1 on senecajs:3.x.
