As a user of algorithm 1, I would like an easy way to install and use of the algorithm so that I can generate a feasible schedule.
Description
Bundling the algorithm into a Pip package would be beneficial to the plug and play aspects of the requirements. Having the algorithm in a package would mean it is as easy and running a command to install the package and then an import line to use the algorithm.
Acceptance Criteria
[x] Bundling the algorithm into a Pip Package has been identified as feasible or infeasible
[x] The package has been setup as a Pip package
[x] The package has been uploaded to PyPi
[x] The package can be installed and used via pip install <name of package>
