Remove the ability to load html pages from files #17

Removed the method that, if found, would load specifically named html files for use within the application.

Commented the call to that method (as a breadcrumb in case we wanted to use this again some day).

Deleted the associated branch and so this pull request closed because the branch had the wrong source.
