Blocked by #1 , we don't know how much material we need
We're getting mostly 12ft (3650mm) long lumber but the walls probably will not be longer than 2400mm. 12ft lumber is only ¥100 more than 8ft lumber so the additional 1200mm offcuts can be used for blocking and stuff like that.
