How should we go about this?

Let's start with the 4 walls, because I'm not confident about the numbers for the ceiling. That will be done 'on-site'.

Of the 4 walls, let's think about the assembly.

I want to assemble the 2 side walls first, followed by the back wall, then finally the front wall.

In that case, the material pile should be sorted in reverse so that it will be easier to access them when assembling.
