Add ability to import a file that has been exported from Workday

I think that the old reports.calvin.edu is going away and we will be grabbing data from Workday going forward.

It sounds like a good starting point is the Course Enrollment report (note: this is different from the Course Schedule Enrollment report).

Here is an example of a file exported from that report.
