Create a converter to turn Schedulizer output into something registrar's office can use for Workday #246

This is the reverse of #245.

The first step here is to find out just how data gets into Workday so that we know what (if anything) needs to be done here.

It sounds like the registrar's office will be hand entering the data this year. (Import into Workday is too much of a pain to get done in the time we have.). This means we can probably get by with our current export, but I'll confirm that there isn't anything else that is needed by the registrar's office.

It sounds like Raymond Gant (who does most of the data entry) prefers to print from Excel, use a ruler to keep track of where he his, and then hand enter data from that row of the document.

We should probably still address #250 to make the order of the output more convenient for him, but this issue is no longer high priority.
