If there is one value for faculty load, but multiple instructors, split the load equally among the instructors.
Allow entry of multiple loads and then match them with the instructors. (Note: this requires that instructor order be maintained.)
If the number of load values is not 1 and does not match the number of instructors, throw an exception and prompt the user to adjust the data.
