Bug report: Check boxes in add non-teaching activity dialog don't seem to work correclty

I'm noticing that this dialog has checkboxes for the semester. Should this be radio buttons?

I'm seeing strange/unexpected behavior currently. I'm not even entirely sure it is always doing the same thing. If I check multiple semesters, I think I've seen both of these behaviors:

• Multiple items created, but each is the same semester
• One item created, both check boxes appear when the item is edited, but load is only tallied one rather than once per semester. [Perhaps this could be considered intended, but the interface should probably explain.]

It might be easiest to avoid confusion by making these radio buttons instead of check boxes.

Looks like the exported CSV has one line for these with both semesters listed in the semester column.
