Feature request: "Start over" #306

It would be good to have the ability to flush the current schedule (perhaps with a prompt to export it first) so people can get back a fresh start without needing to clear the browser cache.

This would be a great issue for the students to take on (unless it needs to be done earlier)

This might eventually be paired with #307 if there is a problem with the data and we just need to flush it.
