Better documentation for declaration node #155

There were several questions on the customization of the <?xml?> declaration 
output during document printout. It has to be done by creating a declaration 
node, but the process is not sufficiently documented, apparently. Adding an 
extra section to Saving part of the documentation should solve the issue.
