Integerate s3 Uploader with ActiveAdmin #1

The rails admin has a basic functionality. Need to provide a way to upload images through this portal.
The initial plan is to host on Heroku, so uploading to Amazon s3 will be required for this to work.

But how are you doing with active admin?

I haven't been updating this project actively. I don't believe I ever finished the uploader.
