What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. update to 4.1.2
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? soubd gose down not up

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
gs3 jelly bean 4.1.2 speaker boost 1.8

Got the same since i flashed a loudness.zip that changed default gain configs.  
Phone gets louder till eqactive message comes. Then volume goes down
