[mention], and @Mention are broken. #2

[mention] tags seem to be converted improperly with the WYSIWYG editor.

We also use this plugin: paul999/mention The WYSIWYG editor is incompatible with its formatting.

Update: [mention] is still an issue afaik, but that @mention plugin is broken on phpbb 3.3.0 with the default editor, so I passed that down the pipe.
