Will LeanWP be looking at updating to turn on/off Gutenberg or should we be looking at Jeff Star's Disable Gutenberg solution?

Good question!

I was actually thinking of adding the Classic Editor Addon to the plugin, but of course Jeff Star's solution can work too.

At the moment I'm enjoying a few days holiday, but you can expect an update ~next week~ some time in the future.

Not going to integrate this, you will need to install the plugin of your choice, sorry for the inconvenience.
