Update micro service API's `<api>-spec.yaml` file with most recent endpoints and descriptions #32

This needs to be done for the Entity API, Ingest API, and Search API

"Modifying the entity-api-spec.yaml file and committing the changes to github should update the API shown on SmartAPI. SmartAPI allows users to register API documents. The documentation is associated with this github account: api-developers@sennetconsortium.org."

@tjmadonna I would start by grabbing the existing spec yaml files from the HuBMAP micro services and then modifying them to match what we currently support
