As noted during the Demo today, here are my biggest concerns with the GH Pages version:
1. Loss of all indentation in lists. This is really critical for readability and ease of parsing for users.

2. Drop-downs (togglers) display raw MD code vs. desired formatting (bolding, headings, etc.). This could be due to a combination of MD and GitHub Pages. GitHub is pretty picky in what MD it supports. 

3. Images are not displaying properly.
