Correct URLs in the job dashboard #1469

When in the job dashboard (https://data.dev.sennetconsortium.org/user/jobs) attempting to register any job fails.

[x] Correct the URL so that the entity type is not capitalized (e.g. https://ingest-api.dev.sennetconsortium.org/Samples/bulk/register and https://ingest-api.dev.sennetconsortium.org/Sources/bulk/register)
[x] Make sure the correct URL is being used
- When attempting to register metadata the URL should be https://ingest-api.dev.sennetconsortium.org/metadata/register but it was trying to hit https://ingest-api.dev.sennetconsortium.org/Samples/bulk/register

This is seemingly not an issue when registering entities or metadata directly from the wizard.
