Investigate brief 404 on an entity #1503

Sometimes when navigating to an entity page, get a 404. Upon refresh, the entity is details is displayed. This behavior will throw users off.

@libpitt I am not seeing this I only see a loading message. Can you take a screen recording of this?

Closing this as have not seen this issue reoccur after making all the search-api and entity-api changes. (/documents endpoint) https://github.com/sennetconsortium/entity-api/issues/396
