Replace `Dataset` instances of `metadata` with `ingest_metadata` #1518

With the changes to the Search API we are no longer changing the property name of ingest_metadata to metadata for Datasets.

Additionally we are no longer move files to the top level so in FileTreeView we need to utilize ingest_metadata.files instead of just files. This might be the case in DataProducts as well.
