In the Dataset edit page we need to update the list in the "Data Types" drop down #38

The list of data types will be grabbed from https://docs.google.com/document/d/1TxIuDXwuP4MSef_YDkQvMTAXt9hdY787vbD1K4m2GjA/edit# under "Assay". This will overwrite the DATA_TYPES in src/config/constants.js
