github bundle #140

Hi,

I would like to use gist.el (https://github.com/defunkt/gist.el) with cabbage. It has a few dependencies, so what is the opinion about that? I would make a bundle if I get an ok for it. :)

maybe we could even create a "github" bundle and then add more specific behavior to work with github.
