add php bundle

This PR adds a php bundle which includes the php-mode and a flymake setup.

Note: The is no active development or maintaining from the original php-mode.el: http://php-mode.sourceforge.net But there is a php-mode.el repository on Github under maintenance and adds features for PHP 5.4 on top of the original php-mode.el. Because of the activity and the state of the art of it, I decide to use it instead of the original php-mode.
