add elpa bundle #210

@senny I always had the elpa setup in my personal local.el but I think because cabbage is also a great start for people who would like to get into emacs, there should be a elpa bundle.

MELPA is in my opinion is the largest and most up-to-date repository for Emacs packages. So I think we should add it as a default to the package-archives

@tonini I'd rather put this in contrib first. I didn't feel the need to install additional packages. If I do, I usually package it up in a cabbage bundle. I rarely encountered a package that didn't need some kind of configuration.

please do merge this, as an emacs voob i had to jump through a few hoops to get windsize, pointback and a bunch of other stuff working for my setup...

also, i didn't find elpa bundle in contrib

@voipscout thanks for reporting back. Will try to get this merged soon.

tonini commented 9 years ago
