Update pdf js new version #45

pdfjs updated for new stable version 1.9.426

Did you read https://github.com/senny/pdfjs_viewer-rails/blob/master/UPDATE.md to update to a new PDF.js version?

(It's kinda hard to determine if you did that when I look at the changes 🤔)

pdfjs_viewer-rails = 0.3.0 is out, updating PDF.js to 1.10.100 (see #51) and making this PR obsolte. Thanks anyway 😉
