Device Descovery - get-all-devices ETIMEOUT #27

Discovering devices causes a timeout. When i add device ID's manually it works fine.

I cant view http://192.168.86.51/DbXmlInfo.xml. so yes my main repeater i not publishing that file. IM assuming as this was not a pro install through the lutron essentials apps but instead configuration just done through the lutron mobile app? any ideas on how to publish the xml would be helpful.

Do the online training to get access to Essentials.
