I am on Linux, and I created a set of CMake scripts which builds 
Recastnavigation as a set of static libraries:
fastlz, debugutils, recast, detour and detourcrowd.
It also builds the demo, but it fails to run on my Linux box.
This should build on other platforms as well.

I attached a unified diff which can be applied to the source like this:
(In root directory) patch -p1 < cmake_unified_diff.patch
