64-bit support #178

Unless I'm completely blind, the Visual C++ project file in the repo at the 
moment doesn't have any x64 configurations.

Attached is the VS 2010 project file I've made that builds x64 configs as well 
as Win32. It's not perfect - I think I may have buggered up the runtime library 
settings vis a vis matching them to SDL - and it needs SDL to be built in 
Win32+x64 configs and put in the right places, naturally.

Might be a helpful starting point for anyone else looking to do x64 builds, 
anyway.
