Documentation cleaned up - easier for PR
PHP7 support (tested on Travis) - with all tests passing
SASS vs SCSS file support
New coverage tests based on new functions

Still segfaulting even without any errors being exposed, unfortunately.

Hi,

Is there any chance we can get a version of the current library that uses 3.3.3 without the php7 compatibility? We are trying to use the latest version of Bourbon and Neat, but they require some things in the latest version of libsass.
