[UI] time component root category contains blockls #245

Describe the bug All expandable categories in the component sidebar don´t contain blocks and only the subcategories contain the blocks.

There is one excpetion: Time category. I was looking for the delay block and haven´t found it until I realized that it is placed in the root level Time category.

Expected behavior It would be great to move the top level Time category blocks to a subcategory.
