Android

Ionic / Cordova (& plugins) technically support everything starting from 4.4 (API version 19). However as of v1.0.1:

blockly does not load in <= 21 (also in 22?)
does not open OTA wizard in <= 23 (also in 24, 25?)
does not ask for location permission in 28 (also 27?), resulting in failing wifi search (#7)

iOS

D/SystemWebChromeClient( 2938): http://localhost:8080/assets/blockly.html: Line 338 : Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ILLEGAL
D/SystemWebChromeClient( 2938): http://localhost:8080/build/vendor.js: Line 1 : ERROR
