Documentation for the senseBox MCU Library and the senseBoxIO Library #43

We need to document the senseBox MCU Library and the senseBoxIO Library. All possible functions need to be listed with a short explanation.

As this is important for either :edu and :home user we need to think about where do place the documentation (maybe this place could also be the place for the hardware documentation?)
