Disable direct IP address access #7

Followup discussion from here.

The current deployment is accessible at https://beta.brainkb.org. A Route53 record (Type A) has been set up for this subdomain. The public IP address of the EC2 running the service can still be accessed at http://3.149.235.227:3000/.

Hi @aaronkanzer, how would we disable public access to the IP address? Thank you.
