Improved EssentialClient-specific docs #135

Additional instructions were needed to set up auto-completion for Arucas when using EssentialClient.

I also added a header link thing to help more easily skip to EssentialClient-specific classes and methods (Block, FakeBlock, etc)

Edits may be needed to the #interfacing-with-minecraft header link since the only way I know to get it working is hard-coding a link to the repo followed by #interfacing-with-minecraft. Not really sure how to link to headings using Markdown.

Oh i see! My bad. No wonder the docs are so ridiculously long xD

I'm not sure how the doc generation works so I can't help. I'd really appreciate these changes!
