What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Loading /jpegcam/htdocs/test.php

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The example working is expected but was an error
ERROR: Failed to write data to 20101102003257.jpg, check permissions 

The directory has 777 permissions

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Last version. On CentOS
