Disable Shoot button #68

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open any test page included in the sources
2. Do not allow the camera / Deny
3. The Shoot button is still enabled, and clicking it will upload a blank image.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The Shoot/Upload button should be disabled until the access to the webcam has 
been granted.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.9 - Google Chrome 29 -  Win7x86
