IOError in during snap photo #69

I'm getting this error on my server after taking the snapshot:

Error #2044: Unhandled ioError:. text=Error #2032: Stream Error. URL: test.php
    at Webcam/upload()
    at Webcam/snap2()
    at Function/http://adobe.com/AS3/2006/builtin::apply()
    at SetIntervalTimer/onTimer()
    at flash.utils::Timer/_timerDispatch()
    at flash.utils::Timer/tick()

Please provide me the solution for this error. this is an urgent request 
please.
