i want to size image up 4MB #74

please help ...
I capture the image using a Canon EOS camera jpegcam with 1100D is ok with the 
help of a third party sparkocam.
tp knpa problem when I capture, it really small files bgt yes sktr 15 kb to 30 
kb's. when I pinginnya skitar's 5Mb 10mb sd digital camera according to its 
facilities.
For applications that LGS IDCard capture dr pc using CodeIgniter. purpose such 
as e-ID card that can capture LGS.
