Update:

sending broadcast when the service is (re-)started
removed smart adaptive motion sampling rates
added parameter for adaptive data transmission rates
added burst duration parameter for the burst motion sensors
updated getSessionId and added getCookie, to get the session id and cookie resp.
updated the HxM sensor
