Monitor filesystem

Feature request: Just like monitoring the clipboard, it would be nice to have a file-system access monitor. Use cases:

• Monitor creation of world readable files
• Monitor sensitive information being stored unencrypted
• Get insight into the application flow for blackbox assessments

Unlike the clipboard, I would suggest making this trigger based, as certain operations could be missed.
