This should fix the build on GCC 4.9 - apparently my previous syntax was technically legal (maybe) but the new syntax is more legal and more simple. Also more commented.

Compiles and links on Windows, Mac and Linux. Works to open at least the DK2 raw VRPN device on Windows in DirectMode.
