RenderManger 0.6.52 example programs running against their RenderManager ATW server configs get full rate on a DK2. In the current master and in a branch, only the fastest demos, and them only in Release mode, make the frame rate; others skip a frame.
We can presumably adjust the time before vsync to fix this, but they should not be taking longer.
