Actually, it locks up on master rather than running. Once the branch has been pulled in, check into why it is sometimes rendering the wrong frames. It is presumably passing in the wrong renderinfo used for render.

Both with the master branch and with the atw-mutex-fix branch, we sometimes get orientations that are not correct, either for one frame or for an entire slow-frame update period. This was tested on a GeForce 1080 with a DK2 using the native VRPN driver.
Other full-rate demos work, as do the adjustable-rendering-rate demos.
