Updating submodule to fix ATW judder issue on nVidia. #353

This pulls in a fix to the nVidia NDA driver that switches in a non-deprecated call for a deprecated call. This was causing judder during ATW that is fixed by the pull request.

This has now come thru the CI build, following updating the build config to use vrworks graphics sdk (nda) version 2.4 (the latest reliable: 2.5 looked like a botched release when I was importing it), so the "get latest rm" scripts will get the results of this.
