Uses /me/viewpoints/left and /me/viewpoints/right poses in ConstructModelView #366

If left and right viewpoint poses are present (we are getting reports from /me/viewpoints/left and /me/viewpoints/right), use them in ConstructModelView instead of head pose +- ipd
